Here’s a little bit about what your typical week will look like, and by the way, there never really is a typical week…expect the unexpected.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for some of the most influential leaders, globally

  • Share life changing insights that a leader can action to achieve goals faster

  • Leverage our proprietary data system to generate and deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making at the senior executive, CEO, and Board levels

  • Dine with Fortune 500 CEOs and prominent government officials, opening their eyes to the blind spots getting in the way of their team achieving critical goal

  • Create fun and memorable experiences for clients at sports, networking and other types of unique events where you can both learn from other high impact leaders

  • You’ll drive renewal of existing annual subscriptions by working with clients to identify and scope the next set of game-changing outcomes

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify new areas to add value at client institutions

And now…the boring stuff… Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, however, degrees from the School of Hard Knocks are encouraged to apply

  • 5+ years in account management or business development

  • Experience interacting with senior leaders as a trusted advisor

  • Proven ability to influence leaders, with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel (>30%)

  • Values constant growth and learning

  • Desire and ability to be helpful

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM tools
